William Bricker PLLC is a boutique law firm providing the highest level of service to a diverse clientele of high net worth individuals, business enterprises and charities. The firm is headed by William L. Bricker Jr., Managing Partner, who has practiced, lectured and taught tax law and previously was a partner in a major international New York City law firm for more than thirty years. He specializes in the U.S., international and state taxation of both individuals and businesses, including planning and negotiating cross-border investments and acquisitions, advising clients in structuring their income and estate tax plans, and representing clients in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
Mr. Bricker is joined by outstanding, experienced tax lawyers, including a tenured tax law school professor who is counsel to the firm and with whom he has practiced for almost twenty years. Together, the two continue a tax controversy practice that has been one of their unique specialties.

William L. Bricker, Jr., Managing Partner, specializes in the fields of federal, state and international taxation, and international investments and acquisitions. Mr. Bricker has extensive experience in both domestic and international tax matters. For more than thirty years, he was a tax partner in a major New York-based international law firm. Mr. Bricker has been a frequent speaker at international tax programs throughout the United States and Europe. He has authored numerous tax articles and has served as a director or executive committee member of numerous professional organizations.

Linda Galler​
Of Counsel

Linda Galler is a Distinguished Professor of Law at a New York area law school, teaching courses in individual income taxation, corporate taxation, international taxation, tax policy and ethics in federal tax practice. She founded and directs a low income taxpayer clinic in which law students represent low income taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authority. Ms. Galler has over thirty years of experience practicing law and counseling law firms in New York City in the areas of international taxation, corporate taxation, administrative practice, and court procedure. She is a frequent speaker on tax ethics and is the lead author of Regulation of Tax Practice, published by Carolina Academic Press. Ms. Galler has chaired the Standards of the Tax Practice Committee and the Teaching Taxation Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation.

Diane Roskies
Attorney

​Diane K. Roskies advises U.S. and non-U.S. high-net-worth individuals and families on domestic and international trust and estate matters. Her practice includes estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, post-mortem planning, and generation-skipping transfer tax. She has extensive experience developing sophisticated plans for multigenerational families, including those with assets exceeding $2 billion, and has served as a trusted advisor to law firms, financial institutions, family offices, and investment professionals. A significant portion of her practice involves cross-border planning and administration. She counsels on estate tax treaties, multi-jurisdictional inheritance laws, and the structuring of trusts and investment vehicles for international families, and she regularly assists non-U.S. clients with the administration of U.S. estates and U.S. based assets. Before attending New York University School of Law, Ms. Roskies earned a doctorate in educational psychology from Harvard University, a background that enhances her ability to guide clients through complex family and succession matters. She is a frequent speaker on trusts and estates topics.

Jordan Kohn

​Jordan Kohn is a corporate attorney with a broad background in transactional law, advising startups, closely held businesses, and growing companies across a range of industries. His practice focuses on business formation, corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Jordan brings a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to each matter, helping clients structure and negotiate deals with clarity, efficiency, and foresight. Jordan also has experience advising brands on matters at the intersection of corporate and intellectual property law, including IP ownership in business deals, brand licensing arrangements, and commercial agreements involving trademarks and proprietary technology. Before entering private practice, Jordan earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and his B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College, where he developed an early interest in how brands are built, protected, and monetized—an interest that continues to inform his legal work.

Daniel J. King is a Senior Paralegal at William Bricker PLLC. Daniel provides legal and administrative support on a variety of different matters with focuses on corporate compliance, estate planning, cross-border transactions, tax controversy and real estate. Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Daniel has a strong connection to his Appalachian roots. Outside of the office, Daniel is a Professional Opera singer (tenor) specializing in Baroque and Classical Repertoire, German Lieder and Art Song.
