On Monday December 14, 2020, a group of bipartisan lawmakers introduced the Emergency Coronavirus Relief Act of 2020 (the “2020 Coronavirus Relief”).The 2020 Coronavirus Relief would, among other things, “clarify” the tax deductibility of business expenses reimbursed (or expected to be reimbursed) by a PPP loan.
